It was UMBC (University of Maryland, Baltimore County). Something like that CAN happen, once in a career. It's happened to CBB and Clemson 4 times this year.

do you think brownell showed up monday and tuesday to practice and rolled the ball to the middle of the gym and said "well fellas, we didnt make the tourney so yall just piddle around and we'll call it a day?"
nah!
pj hall declared for the draft. think he would have done that if we were in the tourney?
guys didnt 'bring it' last night. does it suck? yes. is it embarrassing? yes. but, at some point the players (especially the older guys) bear some responsibility for what happens on the floor.

Offensive scheme has been trash for the entire Brownell era.
Neff lost a lot of everything by saying he was going to keep Brownell.
We lost last night bc we didn’t attack the paint with massive mist-matches.
