My attorney waved "five fingered" hand at me
Dec 4, 2013, 8:40 PM
|
|
in the middle of a four hundred dollar session, when she - a Coot fan - discovered I was a Tiger fan.
What a double whammy. Stuck with the attorney tab (she better win my case for me) and wave the hand at me.
Then she topped it off with flick of her thumb.
It was kind of sad, humorous, and pathetic, in a way.

You should have fired her on the spot, but really you never should have hired a coot to begin with.

With no more respect for her client that she displayed she may be back in the trailer park sooner rather than later.

I know a S. Carolina grad who is a good builder. He built

a nice screened in porch for me at a good price. I was very pleased.
I recommended his work to others on more than one occasion...then one day I went to his shop. He has all sorts of anti-Clemson stuff hanging everywhere.
That was the last time I ever did business with him.
I don't have a problem with someone being proud of their school, but poking fun at your customers crosses the line.

they display or spew anti-Clemson crap.
Sadly, way too many coots are obsessed with hating Clemson. It is not so much about their love of U$uC as it is a hate of Clemson.
And in my opinion, that has ruined the rivalry.

Are y'all crazy? Let's explore why you have an attorney.
Dec 4, 2013, 9:52 PM
|

If for business and on retainer, why doesn't she know your credentials (aka a tiger)? If because you're a victim and being represented in a case, was she appointed and just knows very little about you? You didn't know her credentials? If you're being defended and she was appointed then you get what you get and don't complain. If you're defense goes south ... well then you get what you get. She is a coot.
I research folks before I see them ... and yes sometimes that means knowingly stepping into the barn yard. But I don't start a relationship and hide my allegiance. Maybe I'm just too diehard. You can't miss me coming decked out in orange.

If I am paying a Lawyer or anyone that did that to me I would fire them. That is totally unprofessional of them. Any lawyer that would treat a client like that cannot be a good lawyer. Judges show a lot of deference in their rulings to lawyers they like and judges don't like a$$ lawyers.

Your attorney probably figured you could take a lighthearted joke instead of running onto the internet to cry about it.
