Miami was first and Clemson 2nd in the first week of the season for True Freshmen snap counts. Miami had 180 while Clemson had 152.

Next up was UVA with 110.

I am quite sure that lack of experience at the player level was even more meaningful than experience levels of coaches.

If you don’t care to discuss facts, just keep on moving.

like EJ Williams, Dacari Collins, etc. If nothing else, they would be contributors to help the offense and would be juniors and seniors by now.

How did the freshman players grade out for Clemson? How do those grades compare to the veteran players? Need more of those FACT things you speak of.

They were having to put so many freshmen on the field… And that we haven’t used the portal to fill gaps

What does that FACT really tell us...

1. Our previous year recruiting was bad, if freshman are coming in and beating out upper classman.
2. Our player development is bad, if a freshman is better on day one than an upper classmen.
3. Our upper classmen have gone else where and rather than offset that with portal use, we only bring in new recruits.

You can make numbers say anything you want. Dabo says he would take our offensive stats every week, but the truth is you can put up 400+ yards of offense every week and still finish 0-12. The only stat that matters is the scoreboard.

That isn't a stat you want to be near the top. It says the players you should have been developing as they get older aren't performing like you thought they would. This is one of the arguments for the portal. Should you have to throw Freshmen in when they aren't developed and ready, or can you grab a few guys for a few gaps who can step in with 2 years worth of experience in the tank?
