I'm no Auburn fan, but I think it's great they got their hearts ripped out and stomped on.
Do you think they ever lament "poor unlucky Clemson"? Heck no.
Anyone who is wringing their hands over "poor UGA" has obviously never been in Athens as an opposition fan.
Their fans are repugnant, entitled pr1cks.

Maybe because a UGA win helps our strength of schedule
more than an Auburn win.
Add to that Clemson and Auburn are neck and neck in the polls,so which team fares better at season's end: a team with a win against the # 10 coots or a team with a win over the # 1 Tide?

A Uga team we beat would have helped our BCS rank and also got Auburn out of our way. I was also hoping Uga could best Auburn and the Auburn beat Bama and then No SEC team would be in the title game. Who knows we may have found our way to #2

For SOS help, auburn being ahead of us, and Bama getting beat by a non top 10 team, if it wasnt for the fact it would have taken the coots out of contention, got auburn out of the way, and setup Bama to lose to a low ranked team. I would have been happy for them to lose that way

...as we wanted to move up in the polls and at the same time whatever hurts the coots. You may be aware that the cooties cheered when Auburn scored but not because they really hate UGA but because the Auburn win helps them out.
