People want to know why one of the best players is choosing not to play. I understand this is a message board, and with no way of knowing who the poster really is, ignorance will run wild.
But seriously, can ppl not just respect this young man's decision? It's his career, his future, his time. No one else. Student first, then athlete, and it's his decision if he wants to be either. Apparently he's still dealing with family issues from his father passing, so I find it highly inappropriate for ppl to speculate and question any of it.
Just seems super pathetic. My opinion

Not 100% sure, but I believe Clemson actually put out a statement regarding DJ and him leaving Bc of personal reasons related to his father's passing
