SIL wedding. A wedding to a dude she has known a little over a month. He's 30 years older than her down around bengaline's brother's area and a preacher.
He's getting "moved" out of his house this weekend. She's known him for a month. And the family can't fathom why I'm against the wedding.
YOU'VE KNOWN THIS OLD MAN FOR A MONTH AND HE'S HAVING TO MOVE OUT OF HIS HOUSE. HE WANTS YOU TO BE HIS NURSING HOME.
Plus he wants her money because she is loaded from her first husband's passing.
Wife of is all like, "well you don't like her anyways so why are you so against this?"
To which I'm all "if daughter of was about to marry a man she's known for a month would you be ok with it?"
Family is going along with it. I give it a year until he realizes what a psychopathic #### she really is.

then probably best to just hush on up. I'm with you in not wanting to go there. I don't even know what I've got against that place but I never want to go.
As far as being against the wedding. It is SIL and should have little impact on you, other than maybe your wife yapping about stuff. Just smile and nod.

The only good thing is that whole family drinks like sailors. So I will be well supplied.

I elected that I wanted none of that mess. I like doing what I want to do and rarely do anything I don't want to aside from yard work, which I don't do a great job of honestly. I've been even worse at it since the friend with the dogs moved in and I never really know how much poop is in the back yard.

Ha, right. My guess it's like reserving a shelter at a Greenville city park. No go on Happy Hour. I have been to a couple of weddings up there. I was pretty sure a few had the discrete flask. Like at a city park.

Ridge Spring. Got drunk in the basement on Cold Duck at reception. Then later two more bottles in peach field. Plus other smoking accessories. But a hang over. Thought I was gonna die.
