So you know how during the summer our coaches

go to other schools or reevaluate what they do as a coaching staff? It made me think. We were kicking Norte Dame's a z z and tried for the kill and got picked off in endzone and the mo shifted and Notre Dame started coming back on us. Well Clemson was up 14 last night and had the ball at the 50 yard line to start a drive? IMO you keep doing what you do or change it up a little based on the situation in the game. There is no reason at all to go for all the marbles!!! Keep driving down the field running and mixing it up. It keep their defense on the field longer and allows Clemson defense to rest. Next thing you know we do not pick up a first down. Then the exact same thing happened the next time at the 50. I am sorry folks but when you start with the ball at the opponents 50 you should just work the field. If you want to put teams away try thinking about the bigger picture not how cool it may look if we go of a dagger...not needed at that moment. Just my 5 cents.

P.S. PUT ARTAVIS BACK ON PUNT RETURNS. DONE!

Not sure you can really blame play calling. I'm thinking DW4's INTs had something to do with it.

Enjoy it. I used to nitpick every call and have learned to enjoy the moment.

Note:
The opposing team has good players and they often make great plays too.

When Watson threw the first down deep pass out of bounds, then the next play loses 2 yards, I told our group watching the game that the great field position was just wasted. Same thing next possession.

Glad the Tigers won, though. Not sure my heart can take more of games like that one.
