How stupid do Heisman voters look after yesterday?

They may have given the trophy to the right guy, but what about 2-4? Trevor at 7 and Etienne at 9? Heck, even Dobbins outshined his two finalist teammates.

They've looked stupid since CJ had better numbers than Reggie Bush and didn't even get a sniff. Then, the Lavohn Jeffereson pick over DW4

Pretty good??? A Heisman finalist has to above average, You see what hype and opinions do Okl should never have been elevated to their spot #2 or #6 But, WE C U Tigers have to be satisfied as National Champions being bashed by sports media especially the PC ESPN mafia and sportswriters.
I say ignore the media and just play TIGER Football

The process is broken in 2019. The award still holds prestige but has not evolved with the 21st century. It still operates on timelines that were relevant back when national championships were voted on before bowl games even were played.
Espn is the only entity that can change it. They can tell the downtown athletic club that they would like to have the trophy awarded after the season and will have a special program the Saturday the week between the super bowl and the nfc/afc championship and it will get fixed.
Otherwise it will be a regular season award.
Btw- if it were voted on this morning, Joe Borrow would still win

ESPN is THE problem. They paint a guy one way or the other and stick with the narrative till they get the result they want.

They chose the right guy. Who gives a care about 2-4? Nobody will remember.
Get over it. This whining is worse than Ohio State fans and Ryan Day.
Where they really missed it was choosing Derrick Henry over DW4. That was tragic.

I’d take Trevor over him any day, but Fields deserved to be a Heisman finalist in his own right.
