Was DJ’s 8-29 the worst performance you have ever seen, at least in passing game, for a Clemson QB?

I can remember Rodney Williams having some crazy throwing days but not like that …and we didn’t throw much then

Cole Stoudt against GT in 2014 was bad too. We lost that game after Watson was injured.

Will Proctor against VT in Blacksburg on a Thursday night in 2007

Cullen Harper against Alabama in 2008 in Atlanta wasn’t good either.

Edit:- Think the Will Proctor game was actually in 2006. Cullen Harper was the starting QB in 2007. Losing to BC with ACC Atlantic division on the line at home still haunts me. 😂 Gave up 17 points in the 4th to lose and A. Kelly dropped the deep pass at the end with the game on the line.

Tommy Bowden would have been the HC at Clemson for many more years and Dabo would be in the real estate business to this day.

Boy you are right. Forgot about that one. I remember even Grady Jarrett threw him under the bus. Said something like “at least give us a chance to win”
