Serious question is serious. How do I get ESPN now?

We pay for the Hulu. Disney, ESPN bundle. One would think one could just hop on the apps, regardless of what "TV" provider one uses. But alas, since we use YouTubeTV, we have not been able to just hop on the apps.
1) Help me understand.
2) Help me access ESPN because it sucked not having MACtion last night.

Download the ESPN app. You can watch stuff from there.

Both platforms are stupid and make you go hunting for what you want. I'm hoping this ends after this month.

For the bundle, you have to plus it up to get all the ESPN channels…it’s an extra 10 a month.

and listen to Clemson games on the radio. Figured I've already long quit watching any games that aren't Clemson, so I'll test my resolve and see exactly how much TV I can do without. Mrs. Tig has already said that she can make do with Pluto (for Midsommer Murders) and Netflix. At some point, I may even decide that YTTV isn't worth what I'm paying just to watch AEW.
Let the experiment begin...

to begin with? I'm only asked about the TV provider when trying to do ACC Network Extra or something.
What we really need to have happen is people with YouTube TV to not do anything extra to get ESPN until this is resolved. This way ESPN is losing eyeballs making advertisers mad and then having to cave to what YouTube TV wants.

We dumped our old bundle a few weeks back. If the new offering from ESPN doesn't included the online only stuff then I hate it.

I think its great. I pay $40 for the CFB months. Toddler is happy with the disney content, and I can choose to punish myself by watching football. The Clemson v. New Hampshire game was on the other night, I was surprised to find it.
