Oh no doubt I’ve seen a lot more good comments versus the bad, it’s the typical troll group. Dude just had a top ten defense who abused other teams and they still complain.

if you think anyone on TNet criticizing some of Dabo's past hires in regards to experience, was suggesting that accumulated years of experience, **regardless of the quality of job performance,** was the sole relevant factor in hiring, then you weren't listening to what they were actually saying.

No one who criticizes a lack of experience in hiring is giving their implicit approval to hiring candidates who have experience but performed poorly. It was always a both/and argument. Maybe the critics have been wrong about some of those criticism. Maybe they are wrong here, but they weren't giving their approval to bad performance on resumes so long as they were padded with years.
