“It was special. I told him I appreciated him giving me two seconds there to be a dad before he ran on by me,” Dabo said. “That was really neat. It's been a dream of his to come to school here and play here and to run down that hill. To have that moment was pretty special. I was proud of him."
This is why, God willing, CDS will retire at Clemson.

I'm the proud father of a tiger mascot and an alumnus. When your child runs down that hill, if the confetti doesn't fly (flow?) there's something wrong with you!! And that's what I love about Dabo - he lets us know he's just like the rest of us. Once aTtiger always a Tiger!

Its all good and Pops is deserving ... still encourage Will to take some business courses and learn how to manage money. Pat Dye's son parlayed coach's son status and his relationship with Auburn players into a law degree and a successful career as an agent. Young Swinney appears genuine and hard working -
he could do the same. Work hard and the rest will take care of itself.

Wasn't that Michael Wade's (out of Riverside) number? He was the any-and-every-thing guy some years back now. 4th string QB, holder, special teams, all-round great guy, served the post game meals, whatever had to be done and was just happy to be a Tiger and run down that Hill and leave everything on the field and then some, every day. You gotta love these guys.
