I am looking to do my first ACC road trip with the family and thinking about the Weak Forest game. Any suggestions on hotels and parking for game would be appreciated. Thanks Go Tigers

I work in Winston-Salem. Mere minutes from WFU stadium. As far as curb appeal, places to eat and hotel options, you have 2 main options: look for anywhere in the downtown Winston-Salem area where there is more nightlife etc. and the ability to walk to places or look for something that is off of university parkway in which you have several hotel options and places to eat within short driving distance. Either choice puts you only a few miles from the stadium, and has close access to all the major highways around here etc. Of course the university parkway option will be the cheaper of the 2.
Unlike a lot of major venues or programs, I wouldn't expect much inflation in hotel room rates around here. But, there will without a doubt be more Tiger fans than Wake fans at this game. It is ALWAYS that way.
Try to check in with me as that game approaches also, my company has given out WF/Clemson tickets every year they have played at WF. So there is a good chance I will have plenty, and there are a few Tiger faithful's at my company so we plan on having a HUGE tailgate. GO TIGERS!

If it's alright I may contact you too, I'm planning on taking my 4 year old this year and possibly father-in-law, and would love to stop by. I could bring something to contribute as well.

Thanks for info, I will be in touch for sure as the game gets closer. We would love the pleasure of tailgating and watching the tigers.

A group of us went from Rock Hill in 2014. Parking will not be a problem. We did not stay overnight, so cannot help you with hotel info. There will probably be as many CU fans as WF fans.

I'm here in Greensboro. The Triad Clemson Club usually does a pretty nice tailgate right next to the stadium too. And that includes parking. Did that 2 years ago it was fantastic.
