And also got a good coach who was not a player under his tenure since that hasn't panned out lately (looking at you Tajh)

What was wrong about the job Spiller did as RB coach this season? The play of our running backs was about the only positive we saw from the offense this year.

He's only be the receivers coach for 2 years and has had a pile of injuries at the position for each of those 2 seasons. Just judging him on receivers that stayed healthy each year I'd say he's done a good job. Last season Rodgers had the best season of his career, and Powell went from being a player who could hardly get playing time to one of the best receivers in the country during the 2nd half of the season. I'd also add that Williams was progressing very nicely late last year.
This year we saw Collins turning into a very good receiver late in the year even with our limited play at QB. There really weren't any other receivers who were fully healthy for more than a game or two this season. Even Ross was playing less than 100% for the part of the season he played in before missing the final few games.
Hard for me to judge him beyond that whenever none of his players could stay on the field for more than a game or 2 at a time.

So he's supposed to get quality play out of guys who can't even play because of injuries? Or is he supposed to turn Will Swinney into an All-American? I also gave examples of receivers who progressed under him but if you want to call that excuses then go right ahead.

Tajh has been on the staff for 6 mos in a player dev/analyst role. You don't know one thing about what his day to day duties are or what type of job he has done.

Overhyped? Dude wasnt the best we ever had but he was a beast. Three straight seasons of almost 4k yards, 107 TD's to 39 INTs. You have to be trolling this morning bro.

Bet you're fun at partys. How stinking negative can you be? About beloved Clemson players nonetheless? Boyd helped build the foundation here at Clemson. He paved the way for players like Watson and Lawrence. Quit trolling dude.

based on opinions on this board Tajh could have threw a touchdown against Jesus at Corner.
He had some talents. But he wasn't Mr. Clemson Football like people make him out to be.

times being a great athlete doesn't correlate good or bad. And you're blind if you don't think what Tajh accomplished on the field as a player in college wasn't significant. So he wasn't a pro qb - big deal.
