Tre Lamar: “Everybody is ready to stop hitting each other and hit somebody else”

Junior linebacker Tre Lamar had his season end early last year after suffering a stinger in the Florida State game in Death Valley. Lamar worked hard to return this season and is excited to be on the field Saturday against Furman. Full Story »

No, the play that Blackman was strip/sacked in the endzone and a lineman picked up the fumble and ran it out. Tre' was dropped in a zone coverage and came rushing up to make the tackle. He say's he feel on it wrong, but the video looked like he just got hammered by the momentum of o-lineman & a defender tackling the o-lineman, both moving forward. You can tell instantly that Tre' was hurt.

So glad he's back, Go Tigers!!!

DOD was a beast last year and left some big pants to fill. I really hope Tre can fill that role and be a dominant backer for this defense.
