A lesson I learned lately was to be a water bottle instead of a soda bottle.
People are going to shake you. They are going to try to rattle you. Whether on purpose or just because of their own stress and life.
If you're a soda bottle, the moment that cap comes off, an explosion.
However, if you're a water bottle, they can shake you as much as they want. When the cap comes off, the water is still calm cool and collected.
Life lesson: Don't let other people's moods and actions affect yours.

be like vapor/without substance, like a genie. In other words, don't weight yourself down with troubles.
And also be like a genie when it comes to staying grounded. Don't ever get too far from the "bottle", and always be willing to go home, back to your roots.
