I agree in a different world he would be my first option for D coordinator.
Purely hypothetical, as I would never not want Coach V here, but Addazio and Dabo on the same staff would be a dangerous combo. Dabo could bring in talent Addazio could only dream about and let Addazio do what he does with that top level talent.

Addazio is not a defensive coach. He was Florida's offensive coordinator prior to being the head coach at Temple and Boston College. Position-wise, he has only ever coached offensive line and/or tight ends.

While I want to agree with him, and he's probably spot on, I will say that this team is the best CLEMSON team I have seen in my lifetime. Dabo & his coaches have assembled an amazing group. I am in awe of their play every game. I can't ever remember being that way about any other team.
