Each year Car & Driver holds Lightning Lap at VIR. Well this year Ford brought their Lightning supertruck. Take a look at how stupid fast that thing accelerates from 60-190. It's like a video game.

But hfs even relatively pedestrian electric cars (like my single-motor Polestar) are fun a/f to drive. Like, if you're not all that nostalgic for moar cylinders...EVs give you affordable access to torque/speed that you're not getting elsewhere. At least until you have to stop and charge.
