You measure from the tip of your thumb to the tip of your pinky with your fingers spread out, that is how the NFl does it.
Mine are 14.5. How about you guys?

What if you have dislocated fingers?

I don’t have a tape measure lying around but I’m pretty sure that if I did then I wouldn’t have the same measurements for both hands. Because I have several dislocated fingers and at least one of them is one of my pinkie fingers.
I think I dislocated 3 or 4 of my fingers playing flag football when I was younger but I didn’t notice that they were dislocated until years later. Remarkably I don’t fell any pain from the dislocations and my hands work just fine. Though they may get pains in them when I’m way older because of those injuries.
I can show pictures of my dislocated knuckles but I don’t know if people want to see that.
Thanks for the little NFL fact you gave about how the NFL measures hand sizes. I never knew that’s how they measured hands.
