I keep seeing posts about how we have to get out of the ACC

but in order to get out we need a landing spot even if we ignore the GOR issue. Neither the BIG or SEC seem interested in us and after yesterday there really is no reason for them to expand. We do need to leave this sinking ship of a conference but the life rafts are full and no one is offering us a spot to cram into their raft.

It’s just not been announced.

I'm not so sure about that. But some of the comments Neff has made recently seem to indicate that the door is open to an invite, that much is certain.

None of us here are privy to what is or is not being offered behind closed doors. IF something were to happen, we would all find out together. That being said, after yesterday, I'd rather join the Big 10 than the SEC. Screw that mouse.

Aside from less money, the ACC was always great for us when we used to be really good and had an easy track to the playoff.

There may be multiple offers. What we are pretty sure of, based on comments by our AD, is that they are actively exploring, and probably pursuing opportunities. The powers that be at Clemson are not sitting idly by while college football passes us by.

They could very well be posturing. In my view, there is too much chatter for something to not be in the works for Clemson's departure from the conference.
