I hate email and texting, for this reason: You can't type voice inflection.
When email first came out, I trained people on the positives and negatives of it, as well as how to use it.
I told them to always remember this:
Email is great for information; it is horrible for discussion. Why? Because you can't type voice inflection!
I've read all the comments on this board about Dabo talking about the fans, especially the 1.5% of them.
For those of you who haven't actually watched it, I would urge you to do so ASAP. He was calm, relaxed and very positive. He was trying to use humor. And he was trying to downplay the negativity and emphasize the great things about Clemson fans.
Just watch his whole answer and not take one or two sentences out of context. I did. I was impressed.

Yeah I didnt have a problem with it.
We all have to remember that Dabo cant go on that the season is over and there is nothing to play for.
I think we will hear more about what he really thinks about the season in January and before next season.
Right now he has to talk to his team way more than talk to us and thats true even when he is talking to the media.

You actually can just clarify voice inflection in parentheses.
Example
FSU is a top-5 team (I am speaking sarcastically)

It depends on which method you use to get your message on the screen. If you type it, you will not get the voice inflection. But, if you use voice text, you will get the voice inflection. You have to have voice text speakers and they have to turned on. HTH.

Sure there wasn’t any animosity with what he said but that’s beside the point of what he said being completely inaccurate and false.
Insinuating that only 1.5% of fans are disappointed is ridiculous and insinuating that those fans are upset because we don’t go undefeated is equally as ridiculous.

I agree with you 100%, but some people are always looking for anything to get upset about. There is way more good than bad in the world, but some can only see the bad. That is always their choice, but their voices always seem to be the loudest. Good news is so often overlooked.

He is 💯correct by the way. We dropped out season tickets after 35 years in 2018 because so many started showing up just to sit in the parking lots (never went in the game). Those are the folks now mouthing about everything.
