"They (the Clemson coaches) didn't know it was coming," said Preston, who was sporting a Clemson had on his head. "Only me, my family and [Freedom coach Overton]. It's something we've been talking about for about a week. I just feel like it's a good fit for me. They are like family down there. Great atmosphere."

This is a head scratcher for me actually, he isn't rated by Rivals, plus his offer list isn't what we would call impressive. Trust in our coaches as we say, but this is a questionable offer for me when I think about Grisham as our WRs coach and what he has been able to accomplish with our WRs since Jeff Scott left and him becoming our WRs coach!!!

with departures, shoring up commitments ,portal traffic,issuing last minut24 offers, if OUR coaches think it was important enough to go to Virginia for his game, these ######## shouldn't be questioning it LOL They see something that didn't want to wait for others to see.
