In the 2nd quarter after TL missed a few throws. Fans really can be ridiculous sometimes

Sounded like on TV there were some boos. That surprised me but not being there, it could have been about something else.
Actually, being serious, I am not opposed to that. I say mix it up a little bit more. Chase at this point in time, runs better than Trevor. Tough kid and my gosh, that dart he threw to Overton was a beautiful pass. Put it right where it needed to be.

I think the boos were at the refs because they thought Spiers got roughed on one punt.

Thanks, I don’t remember the announcers mention that. I think it might have been the announcers were talking about fans not being accustomed to seeing so many punts.
Oh, and btw I wasn’t saying you pull Trevor, just saying I wouldn’t mind seeing Chase getting some first half reps... especially if you’re gonna start running the qb more.

Yeah, the boos were for the Spiers getting knocked down after one punt. We were all surprised that Spiers didn’t get called for targeting Duke with his still extended foot.
Uggggh. Refs.

I was in Death Valley. The only time I heard booing was when Duke ran onto the field at the beginning of the game and at the refs, especially the ridiculous phantom targeting call. I never heard anyone boo the Tigers.

TL was fine. He can’t catch his own passes. He had only a handful of off throws on many attempts.

To be honest TL would have had 400 yards and 4 TDS last night, if not for the drops .
He was a little wild but no turnovers and managed the team perfectly. He needs more touch on the ball and does not have to fire a bullet every time.
