We don't even try putting anything deer like in the front yard.

but it seems to think if we are in range within a half hour of sunset we are fair game.

It sux that I have to drive an hour to hunt, when my neighbor feeds them. I could kill 3-5 deer a year over the fence. But I have to live next to the guy, and especially his wife.

Doctor-neighbor down the street puts out corn and salt blocks and hunts them with a bow (legal) and skins them in his garage.
