So many people on here are saying that Georgia runs a Crooked program. Furthermore, people are saying this has been going on for years. If this is true, this is a major problem and something that the NCAA has to deal with.
These are MAJOR allegations. Is this true? Does Georgia run a Crooked program? What do they do?
This is extremely troubling and concerning.

You might better direct that to the taxpayers of the state of Georgia who will likely pay out some of the highest possible settlements due to the negligence of your football program. I’m sure the moral and economic costs will be well worth it too many.

Seems like they run a troubled program. Guys first week in Athens he gets arrested. Now the program has a real black eye because of a tragedy. Just take the lumps and keep moving foward.

Opinion. It’s because UGA locked down so many recruits that were committed elsewhere to never speak to the other teams again over & over. Guys on the way to camps suddenly cut ties with Alabama or Clemson.

This is especially true if they get recruits we wanted. I mean, how could any recruit choose another school besides Clemson unless he was bribed to do so?
If the cheating accusations don’t stick, the fallback option is that the success is due to NIL and big money donors. Clemson is dirt poor and just can’t compete with these schools (but we somehow manage to pay our coach in excess of $10 million a year and have the best facilities in college football).
Hope this helps.

Could they be dirty? Sure, absolutely. But until we have better evidence that they are doing things illegally or unethically, I don’t think we have much to go on.
Which leaves us with only sour grapes and envy, which are not healthy reasons to declare that an opponent is cheating.

I just don’t see the point in declaring that they have a dirty program when there isn’t any proof.
The recent car crash certainly looks bad, but so did the one involving two of our players and a postal worker. That didn’t make our program dirty, and this recent horrific crash doesn’t make their program dirty.
If I missed something else which suggests that they have a dirty program, please let me know.
Until then, my opinion is that we should refrain from accusing other programs of being dirty just because we don’t like them or are jealous of their recent success.

Going to a strip club, which I have done myself at 17 in duncan SC, is not only dirty but tbh kind of lame for UGA considering their positions in today's world as college athletes.
SPEED/Stupidity is not DEBAUCHERY/Slaves of lust.
You gotta son? Pick one that you would rather him be guilty of if u had to.
1 may kill u quicker. But 2 will do it slow and take others with it, not even in the proximity of the situation. Evil travels, your a smart guy. Catholics believe there are small and big sins. Protestants do not. This world does it the catholic way. We have punishments that vary from "Judge to Judge.
This is a huge deal. The dog football program will eventually put its community In physical harm with the athletes they bring in, the financial burden of paying settlements are going to be ridiculous.

What is "cheating" in the NCAA these days??
3
Jan 28, 2023, 4:31 AM
|
|
In the past all cheating accusations essentially boiled down to one thing - teams/coaches illegally paying recruits/players. Thanks to a mostly unregulated NIL system combined with the stupid decision by the NCAA to turn the transfer portal into a no consequence free-for-all, what used to be "cheating" no longer really exists. Teams can build a "pay for play" roster in college sports within the NIL/transfer portal framework and do so openly without penalty. The old illegal "bagman" has lost his job to a new legal corporate "collective" and it is all OK with the NCAA.
Seriously Bulldog - is this something you lose sleep over because you seem to bring this same question up every 6 months or so. Just be happy that UGA is at the top of the mountain right now - it won't last forever...

I believe most rival fan believe that rivals cheat. I have no clue if Georgia cheats or not. They are a very good university in a good setting. They are a state institution, with little competition in their own state, a state that produces great athletes. They SHOULD be successful.
I also believe your time would be better spent doing some curls or bench presses, Bulldog, than trying to poke rival fans.

By definition of "crooked program" on TNet, the answer is a resounding yes. Any team that beats Clemson, or is ranked ahead of Clemson, only does so because they are crooked. There's no other explanation. Case settled. No further discussion necessary.

It's all made up baloney....similar to the "mafia" or Mexican "drug cartels". If they really existed, people would turn them in to law enforcement, right?
If UGA was really a dirty program sooner or later you would hear about beautiful young "recruiting analysts" running around with players and stuff. Or you would see leaked video of the head man talking in a way that would make a #### star blush. You couldn't hide that stuff. It's just envious Clemson fans speculating on things nobody knows anything about.

I know they did in the 60’s. Two of my good friends started for the Dawgs, one an all SEC player, and there was a certain men’s clothing store in Athens they frequented. If you had let it be known you were going to the beach in spring break, for instance, you went to the shop, lifted up the stack of sweaters and lo and behold there were two hundred dollar bills laying at the bottom.
Another of my friends was with Jake Scott when he borrowed an 28 wheeler cab and used it to smash thru the game at a car impound facility to retrieve his Corvette. There were never any repercussions.

Athens is a ######## of a town, with rednecks that probably are wearing white robes at night, and chearing on bulldogs during the day. I heard in a gas station a few years back, one UGA fan talking about how that little n-word (Todd Gurley) could run. I was like, yep, I am in S. Georgia.
So with Athens being the ######## it is, and players probably having to worry about their safety once they are 10 miles from campus, UGA has to be doing something to get players there.
Yes, Clemson is in the south, Bama is in the south, but there is no redneck like a Georgia redneck. They really are about 70 years behind the rest of the south.

How can anything be considered cheating anymore when the NCAA eliminates the rules and doesn't enforce the ones they still have? They made this mess with their blind neglect and giving in to the woke crowd. IMO, they will be completely out of the administration of College Football at some point in the near future.

Everyone but Clemson is cheating. What is so difficult to understand about that?

These things, apparently, have been going home for literally decades at Georgia. It has to end. Can we turn UGA in? I’m just trying to process this. It is very disturbing and very disappointing.
Would the Clemson fan base accept me if I switched allegiance over to Clemson full-time? At some point a man has to stand up for what is right.

If you are a Georgia fan and don’t know that then you are smoking something real strong. They been buying players since back in the day of H Walker. Check with his family.

I'm 50. Been a college football fan forever. I ve had the opportunity to live all over this country.
I think all college football teams cheat and always have.
Some push the envelope other take it to far #smu in the 80s.
I ve seen a DB who I didn't know pull out 10 gift cards to pay for a really nice hotel. When I was in school I knew player who drove a Nissan 300z. He was from a very, very small town near where I was from. I once saw two football players show up for class that I had never seen before. I girl sat between them and helped them take a test. I never saw them again.
I'm friends with a back up offensive line men. That got a lot of help on the Sat s Let's just say he would never had gotten in to college by himself.
This has been going on forever. All these are not Clemson related but some are.
Does not make it right, I just understand it's been happening forever.

Every fan base says this about the other program that is pulling all the recruits. And there seems to never be proof. Go figure.
