Just curious, why are you moving at Australia? I'm certain you have visited before making this decision. I participated in an exchange program and stayed in Adelaide and toured most of South Australia and New South Wales including the outback, and honestly couldn't wait to get back to the U.S. The girls were great and the wine was good, but it's a different world when you are not a tourist.

tuition, fees, health insurance, and stipend.
Was an easy decision. It's only 3 years of my life.

I lived abroad many years before Clemson and about 4 years in Europe about 10 years ago.
You will not regret the decision to move abroad -- you will grow and it will change you forever! It will open your eyes and give you a new perspective on the world. Time will pass quickly, so my advice is not to put off a 'side trip' until a later time if you can avoid it, because you will run out of time.
Enjoy!!!

In that case, have a blast! The people (and women) are great. The coast is beautiful and it is a pub culture. Seeing kangaroos everywhere was cool . I just didn't like the fact that you can't swim in the ocean, the food sucks, and it's hot as hell in the outback and it's impossible to find a cool glass water. I know I sound whiny, but after months of eating ###### food I was ready for some home cooking.
