Who do you think can come to Clemson and replace Dabo? Even in this NIL era Dabo has recruited at a high level, attracted top coordinators(i know he gaffed the SC and OC last year, but he brought in Riley and in the past Venables and Morris), players want to play for the man.
You really think there is a bunch of better coaches just floating around out there? One important thing yall forget, Dabo fits the culture of Clemson. Alot of other coaches would use Clemson as a stepping stone job. Like it or not Clemson is not a Blue blood and Dabo is the reason that the beloved orange paw has brand power right now.
Dabo is human, the guy has made mistakes, but he does everything with Clemsons best interest in mind. Not many guys out there that will be as loyal as Dabo has been.
I do hope he reevaluates the DC, DE coach, and Wr coach in the offseason, but ill gladly keep Dabo and stay relevant even if it isnt always sexy.

But rather coot trolls who live in their mother's basement. Dabo isn't perfect and some changes absolutely need to be made, but in the end, he's still a good coach who can develop guys exceptionally well.

You see these smooth brain posters in here and few imply it but dont outright say it. Not directed at you but there are some Ungrateful and impatient individuals. If you really think Clemson is cooked for good under Dabos watch you have not been paying attention. I have full faith Dabo will make changes, be that portal usage or staff decisions.

you pointed out, there are things he is going to have to change to get back to the top of the heap. He's either whiffed on some talent evaluation or just whiffed on coaching hires that can't develop the players. Just think family and friends discount for a coaching staff is going to have to go.

It doesnt need to completely go but building the entire staff that way is a huge mistake. Ill agree to that. Fresh eyes identify issues faster sometimes. Personally i will say i like Eason,CJ, and Austin(ik 90% of Tnet hates Austin).

the line seems to have less drop off when starters go out since he took over so maybe there's hope. Just wish they seemed a little nastier up front. A little more push on sorry yardage situations.

I have not stopped beating this drum since 2011, Batson is not up to snuff with modern S&C for football. The OL is not strong they are technically sound but not strong.
