I don't see us winning the ACC...

I feel like I’m not worried. I have zero expectations. But I sorta wish I still did have expectations. I miss the good ole days. Back when I could say we were going to get crushed next year if we didn’t get our crap together, but fully expected that we would already have our crap together. Nowadays, I expect to lose the first game, and probably 5 more others. But should I expect more? I don’t know what to expect. Glad we still have a football team that can play football on Saturdays I guess. That’s where I stand! Play football on Saturday! And sometimes on Thursday! And Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday if they ask us to. So glad to have a team that can play when they ask us. Hope they don’t ask us to play later tonight, cause I’m going to bed. But if they did, and Dabo couldn’t have the team ready to go, I swear we should fire Larry Shyatt. Swear we should!

I've kind of quit caring

at least in the pre-season.

I want to us to play sharp football and not be puzzees. That's about it. Expectations are solely from an entertainment perspective on the weekends.

I haven't kept up with recruiting since I quit playing / knowing the kids coming out. I quit following what everyone else is doing. I don't read ESPN anymore. I barely even read the front page here anymore.

I'll be excited to see us play, probably the week or two before. Can't wait for Dabo to tell us all this may be the most special team he's coached.

I'm excited to see if Rumph and Luke can make an impact.

But in general, eff CFB.

We got 18 year old quarterbacks suing schools. Dudes on their 3rd, 4th, 5th teams. Teams poaching players. Media companies making billions and billions and billions. The whole thing can just rot in hell as far as I'm concerned.

but I'll be screaming at Pork Chop and Riley come Labor Day weekend, bet yourass on that.

I do think my mom has some sweet Sky Club tix that I will probably use. Depending on if I"m in the Clemson or UGAg section. I will not go and sit amongst UGAg people. I will go back to Rice St, and those days are over.
