Are there any Republicans who arent afraid of Trump?

The first real step in insulating our great nation from the impacts of this idiotic man is gonna be to reshape congress in the midterms. Until then all we can do is hope that the incompetence that the buffoons he has hired will prevent them from doing permanent damage to our institutions.
So I want to turn my attention to folks who will actually honor their constitutional commitments and bolster the checks and balances our founding fathers instituted, and that Trump is looking to destroy. Are there any Republicans who aren’t MAGA and will vote out of duty and what’s best for the country, and not just cow tow to Trump? I won’t be voting for any incumbent Republicans as none of the ones who represent me have a back bone. I don’t wanna vote democrat, but I wil. Any names out there Tigernet that I should check out who are real republicans and not just MAGA?

I generally like to see a split legislature - Dem House and Pub Senate. I think ideally after this mid term I would like to see a Dem majority in the House and Senate, with the Senate a couple Dem Senators shy of 2/3. Hopefully, the Dems will run some candidates that don't lean socialist or try to legislate the politics of immutable characteristics.

leaving out most of the American people who want moderation. A very small % of Republicans are alt right and likewise most dems aren’t progressive. However, if your not one of those two groups it seems neither party has an interest in giving you any support.

Politically, Trump and Reagan were nothing alike. Reagan was about as close to a classical liberal as you can get. Trump is... well I don't know what Trump is.
