--- as some might think, but I can, Some may think on me as this or that, but I aint that. This post will help clarify.
Today I drove to Dawsonville, Ga. I wore Tiger Orange and my Jeep has that. Folks there like that.
In my opinion the best folks in the USA live in this area of the USA.
The place is named after a lawyer/politician who was a Captain in the Seminole Indian War, so I guess like George Washington and other brave Americans, his name will be removed at some point. Maybe they will call it Obamaville as Georgia has gone Blue and did not even vote for President Trump.
Their most famous resident is Bill Elliott, a NASCAR driver back when the sport was fun.
One favorite son now RIP is Lloyd Seay, a car racer and moonshine runner. NASCAR founder Bill France Sr. described Seay as the "best pure race driver I ever saw". He was shot to death by his cousin over a moonshine operation.
A deputy pulled Seay over for speeding as he was transporting a load of moonshine north of Atlanta. After he gave the deputy two five dollar bills, the officer said, "###### Lloyd, you know the fine for speedin' ain't but five dollars" Seay replied, "Yeah, but I'm gon' be in a hurry comin' back, so I'm payin' an advance."
Why the trip today? To get a better ladder for my dock -- Yes, I am not doing my part to save the World.
