Disappointed in Breese

Kid never panned out at Clemson after his freshman all American year . He was pretty good but far ,far from advertised. I was thinking we had another Perry or Wilkins But….. Best of luck to him.

I think he deserves a little grace. Tore his ACL after manhandling the line vs UGA his sophomore year…lost his little sister and dealt with multiple illnesses out of his control this past season.
He’s done everything the right way so feeling indifferent about him leaving is fair…not “disappointed”.

Breese had some tough breaks and never could defeat blocks. Wishing him well but he doesn’t seem like an NFL caliber player. Probably 4th or 5th rounder.

I'm not disappointed in him. Young man fought the injury/sickness bug badly, and went through some hard things family-wise.
I just wished we could've done more as a team the years he was here. Great talent never fully realized his potential while here at Clemson. Also, teams goals weren't met while he was here. Feels kinda like a waste.
I will say this, i bet he's leaving Clemson a much better individual than when he arrived.
Good luck going forward Bryan!

Actually he'd probably be a bigger man than to ever feel that. I wish he could have had a healthy year at Clemson without injury or dealing with family illness.

Wish him the very best. You can’t blame a player for going for first round money, he and his family will be set for life. It’s easy to be selfish wanting him to stay but, another torn ACL or worse could ruin his NFL future.

He blew his knee last year and he lost his sister, caught

strep and had a kidney issue on top of trying to rush back in 9-10 months...I was surprised what we were able to get out of him at all...He should have taken a personal year to get his life/health back in order but he soldiered through and even played in that meaningless bowl game...What else did you want from him, given the circumstances?

I don't feel disappointed. Some guys just aren't as good as advertised. He's gonna get drafted based on dominating in HS and will get rich. Good for him.

Glad he came here and wish him well. These instances though are why I don’t get too carried away with recruiting anymore either. Kids can be best in the world and they’re here for 2 years? Great player but I think the article said he played 16 games. So a year. I guess it’s all we can expect now that college is semi pro football. Good luck Brian and Go Tigers!

Can’t blame him for going pro late first or early second round. Millions in his account. Would you turn down millions my friend. How can you be disappointed in him?

Guessing he heard some good news on his draft status. Not sure he would leave for a 4th or 5th round paycheck but who knows. Would have loved to have had him back for one more full healthy year, but no guarantees of that happening. Good luck to him. Hope you go to Buffalo!
