On TigerNet's Facebook post regarding Bellamy.
All of them are absolutely disgusting and give Clemson a bad name. The kid had been doing very well this spring and doing or trying to do what he was supposed to. He came up short academically. That isn't how you treat a Tiger and I hope like heII they don't wear their orange in public acting so classless as they did on there. Maybe they are more "immature" than Mike.
I just pretty much paraphrased what I told those slack so called Clemson fans.

I certainly hope he gets himself straight, but he wasted a good opportunity.
Clemson is 30K a year out of state and this guy was going for free. All he had to do was pass classes and use his talents on the football field. He was given every chance to succeed and wasted it.

I mean, I feel for the fact that he didn't make the most of his opportunity here.
But.. the kid had his chances. And, I've heard from several places that Bellamy was still skipping class this semester... even after getting in the dog house. Wish him the best though.

There's a difference in saying "he had his chances and screwed up", than saying "good riddance what a waste of talent" or "I bet he got caught smoking weed".....
I could understand coots saying these things but not Clemson fans and especially not an IPTAY donor of 40 years as one woman claimed to be who trashed him.

Exactly! CJ graduated with a 3.0, but scored a 10 out of 50 on the wonderlic test at the 2010 draft (that's considered "literate"). I love CJ, possibly my favorite tiger ever, but he wasn't wasn't academically talented and still managed to graduate. They must do their work for them at Vickery

I know some are classless with their comments,but don't lose sight of the situation. He's leaving school, had it just been a problem with his grades not being high enough,he would have been allowed to stay in school on academic probation while not participating in football.
