tragedy? Two people died. IMO it’s best to issue condolences and be thankful/hopeful nothing like that happened/happens to our program, or any program for that matter.

Post above made a good example of this in the past being a violation since it is now known that vehicle wasn’t supposed to be used for personal use. So don’t think anyone is getting satisfaction out of the tragedy but it does show that some schools are going beyond breaking rules and no one is enforcing anything . Also do you think this was a first time outing ?

make the conspiratorial leap from
"vehicle wasn’t supposed to be used for personal use" to
"some schools are going beyond breaking rules and no one is enforcing anything."
Well done.
But y'all gotta stahp with this business. We got two dead kids here with families and friends and coworkers and teammates that loved them.
Lets all show a little restraint even if we cant show some tenderness.

Maybe the “ herculean effort” is being made by those who are saying posters on here are being insensitive by just pointing out that this horrible , terrible tragedy could have been avoided in many many ways . One is by not having a filthy program that allows recruiting staffers , females , utilize athletic vehicles to take players to the nudie bar. So that shouldn’t be mentioned and everyone should just turn a blind eye ? Gotcha

yourself, you show up with "having a filthy program that allows recruiting staffers , females , utilize athletic vehicles to take players to the nudie bar."
Another hyperbolic shriek.
I thought I read something from the university saying they dont let people use university vehicles for stuff like that. But maybe I misread what I read.
But youre clearly on the case and will no doubt use the deaths of these kids to bring about substantive change.

Wow nice . You thought you read something . Did you read that they did indeed use it for that purpose or did you miss reading that ?

university said they'd authorized the use of the vehicle for the purposes for which it was being used the morning of the fateful accident.
Human beings (especially young ones) break rules and sometimes with tragic consequences.
It's probably that, and not some deeper, more sinister, systemic failure. Occam's razor and all that.
For years I investigated governmental corruption and learned fhat almost all the time, it doesnt exist on the scale most deep state weirdos hope it does.

Thanks for your service checking in on the feds . It has been verified that the school rented the vehicle and was driven by a school employee . What purposes since you seem to know was the vehicle rental intended for ?? Reports are recruits were there too . And can keep deflecting but point is it was used for those purposes . Guess we will, probably won’t , find out if that was a one time outing.

See? Assumptions.
I suspect that the young lady decided to keep the vehicle instead of turning it in.
Once, a coworker took a company sedan home for the weekend in violation of rules because his car broke down. No big deal. Just decided he needed wheels.
But ur hoping this here situations more than that and that whatever it is, it goes alllll the way to the top.
And it's just so ghoulish.

Right. I said the other day, I have a lot of thoughts about what might have happened but I believe it would be disrespectful to the kids that died and their families to post them on an internet message board.

I am interested in learning the facts.
I take no pleasure in the Memphis incident, but I do want to know the information.
I take no pleasure in the fact that classified information was found in the private residences of Trump, Biden and Pence. But, I do want to know how it got there and who is responsible.
In all cases it seems apparent that all are the result of poor judgment of one or more people involved. The big question, in all 3 events, is what can be done to minimize the chances of it happening again.

Did someone say it pleased them? If so, you’re right. If not, I don’t see the point of insinuating otherwise. It’s possible to acknowledge the tragedy while still hoping that questions are asked about oversight of such activities. Might prevent more tragedies.

I don't see where anyone is taking pleasure in their deaths. Responsibility, however, needs to come out.

but I’m not going to shut up and be all politically correct while UGA tries to pin this on a woman that was just doing her job for a university that put her in a compromised position and lost her life in the process.
