I really believe if fsu pulls off a win by small margin, they are out of playoffs and if a one loss Georgia is floating around , the dawgs are in , I believe fsu has to win by 14 or more to stay in the hunt unless chaos breaks loose.

A 13-0 conference champion has never been left out of the CFP. The precedence has already been set with Ohio State and their injured QB making the playoff.

I agree with you but wait for it if sec is the one in question , I think you’ll see it’s going to happen
They are lobbying like crazy that fsu isn’t worthy with out Travis and their sos will be weaker. The committee has already spoken that it’their job to put four best teams in.

I am thinking that Bama is ranked 8th for a reason. If Bama beats UGA, the SEC could be left out. I know someplace may freeze over but,it could happen. Texas may get in ahead of Bama.

Facts right here.
Where I don't necessarily agree about FSU getting in if they squeak out a win, if Bama wins and everything works out (Texas, Michigan, and Oregon/Washington wins), SEC is out.
For that reason alone, I'd root FSU to win just to keep the SEC out 😂

That’s what I’m thinking. If they can win with a true freshman 3rd string QB and their 2nd string guy should be good to go by playoff time, no doubt in my mind they should be in.
