Oh wait, didn't Tennessee just get on probation and had to have the state attorney general threaten the NCAA to avoid a bowl and TV ban? Didn't LSU hear about some issues a couple of months ago? Didn't Auburn last year?

NCAA has no jurisdiction. So yes, Congress will have to do something.

No jurisdiction? NCAA has been making rules for colleges for years. They could do so now but are afraid. Note the NCAA is controlled by the member institutions….
