What are they using to rank the conferences?

It looks to me like you have the SEC, then MWC. Everyone from #3 to #7 seems to be pretty equal to me. The PAC10 is 5 over .500, but thats not all that much better than the ACC. Just sayin.
(I'm looking at overall record.)
