So I told a female coworker that is a clemson grad

that "I will get with you on Monday", and now I am being called into HR.
We live in such sensitive times. I mean does context not mean anything any more? Does the entire HR department need to know that "I'll get with you on Monday" is in regard to the kinda maybe I got last Monday when asking said coworker out to lunch for the 43rd week in a row? Sorry, but if she does not forcefully slam that door shut, then it is completely acceptable for me to keep persisting.

yup. They already pointed my desk into the corner away from all the other workers. And I have to use the public restroom downstairs, I am no longer allowed near the one at the office.

If your a straight male, figuring out sexual harassment is easy.
Just apply the RuPaul Rule. Imagine that RuPaul is your boss or coworker. It doesn't matter if he is wearing a suit or a fabulous dress. If RuPaul were to say the same thing in the same way or touch you in the same way, and it would make you feel uncomfortable, then in is sexual harassment. If if doesn't make you feel uncomfortable but it is sexual harassment then you have some homosexual tendencies you need to work out.
