It's impossible to get your account back. Seems customer service is non-existent when customers don't pay you anything. Lol.

I haven’t used it in years
I wouldn’t have known there was a problem if someone hadn’t asked me about the crypto scam.

Use a computer to update passwords

Then update the password the Face ID references.

Face ID just pastes in a password stored on the device.

You can probably do it directly but I hate typing on a phone
