that's incredible. His power clean won't be quite that much, but still shows he's one powerful man.

Give Me Linemen Anyday....
Jul 10, 2012, 10:25 AM

A good line can make average running backs, QB's, WRs look like Super Stars, conversely, a sub par line can make Super Star "backs", impotent (ineffective)...
Same logic holds for Defense....
Thus, IMHO all efforts should be made to get TOP linemen in, appears to be me that Clemson is RICH in the so called "skill positions", but how are we in the trenches?, where the "War" is won?
I am NOT saying our skill positions are average BTW, we are good, VERY good in those slots... the wildcard to me is the Offensive and Defensive lines ....
IF our lines are at least "repectable", our "skill" players will exploit any opening to great advantage, and Clemson should go undefeated this year... and next and probably for several years after

Yep. 2008 Texas Tech. Grahm Harrel was a good QB

but his Offensive Line was amazing!! Shoot, I could win the Heisman if I can sit in the pocket for over 10 seconds and wait for Michael Crabtree to get open.

How about Alvin Kamara?

Or is it basically a done deal with GA now that Crowell got booted. You'd think some of these kids would start to realize if you go to Athens, you're a lot more likely to end up in the hoosegow! I hope that is one of our recruiting angles. Our players rarely get in trouble anymore......knock on wood!

He's third on our list of wants as far as RBs, I believe he's the smaller of the 3 and we're looking to fill this spot with a bigger back.
