The issue is "did he fear for his life"

It doesnt matter that he:

Had a gun underage
Shouldnt have been there
Broke curfew


None of that matters. NONE of it. All that matters now, in this case, was if he feared for his life and reacted with cause.

We can debate the rest on here, but in that jury room, none of your conjecture matters.

I think getting kicked and hit with a skateboard qualifies.

Also, the prosecutor said something in the closing arguments about retreating or fighting being reasonable responses. His caveat was not using legal force, but at least fighting
