This guy looks to be at the bottom of the IQ spectrum, his photo and tattoos confirm this. Possibly we can just limit gun ownership to people who are not borderline mentally handicapped AND mentally ill, I think that would be a good red flag law to have.

are some of the first traits you find in mass killers/shooters?
What about driving record, prior arrests, did he grow up with two parents, what schools did he attend and what was his demeanor there, was he bullied, was he a bully-er, is he a HS graduate, did he have friends, how much time on social media, etc.
but this trumps everything "The mass shooter alluded to his declining mental health, too."
