of pressure on our defense. In a slower, ground oriented offense the other team would get fewer possessions and the D would look a little better. They still are not good, but maybe not as bad as 48 points would seem to indicate.

I'd like to see a secondary coaching change. I dont think cheese has done squat there... Always burned deep a time or two, horrible reacting to the ball in the air, busted coverages, bad angles. Experienced safeties playing worse than they ever have at the school

When you get 3 touchdowns ahead of a team, they pretty much go for every 4th down. THAT puts pressure on a defense.
How many times do you see a team struggle on O and when they get into the 2 minute drill, they go right down the field. It has a great deal to do with having 4 downs to get 10 yards instead of 3. Numbers-wise, that is a HUGE deal.
NCSU was in 4 down territory the entire second half.
