I see a business opportunity-Parking Exchange

Someone needs to setup a parking exchange business with three locations: Hwy 76 coming from Anderson, 123 coming from Seneca, and 123 coming from Easley. You can come by to sell passes Friday until 1 hour before game time. Passes can be purchased from Friday until 1 hour after kickoff. You could also buy/sell online prior to the games.

It would eliminate the need for public parking by compensating IPTAY donors who paid handsomely for those passes. It would encourage donors who are not using passes to sell them instead of letting them go unused.

See any problems with this? Is there money to be made?

Everyone at my tailgate lives 2+ hours from Clemson

if we don’t need our parking pass we ain’t gonna be anywhere around town. Not every Clemson fan lives in the 864.

You cant do electronic transfers of parking passes theyre all paper passes

They’d have to be like game tickets with unique bar codes and every parking attendant would have to have a scanner. It would take forever to get all the cars into the lots if they had to wait for every car to scan a code.

Exactly. which is why you would have to sell and mail prior to the game just like other options or drop off in person the day before.

If not mailed and IPTAY ran the exchange they could possibly reprint with reissue and tow if necessary for assigned spaces. Not sure how it could work for area lots.

Looking for solutions.

I was thinking reselling IPTAY passes but a shuttle could be a backup option.
