Peanut Butter and banana on white bread. I realize I could have gone Duke's, but I think most of us would eat this sandwich.

I started my lunch break with a 30 min workout, slight cool down, shower, get clothes on....it's 12:48. I have 12 minutes to prepare something to eat and get back to the lunge, what do you expect?

Stop being such a cuck. WFH and on a 12:00-1:00 lunch break? Lol that's rookie.
Here's how you do it:
Start work at 8:30.
Go to the gym from 10-11.
Eat lunch at 11:30.
Bang wife at 2:00.
Close laptop at 4:15.
Now...to address lunch.
Proper

Prevents
Poor
Performance
A man that can kill a gator via treble hooks and a .22 can certainly figure out a way to stop eating sandwiches that even those in Leavanworth wouldn't eat.
BTW, I found a 5.5 inch slug in my driveway last night. Brown with black spots. Looked so much like a slug-go or a fat senko I nearly threaded it up on my rod (LOL) and ran to a nearby golf course pond. But I didn't because 10pm and raining.

And we did catch about 17 small ones on the Cooper last week. I had 3 blowups on the frog with no catchy but switched to a spot remover to get some small ones in the boat.

Which brings up a question.
I always eat my PB&J unmixed. Jelly on one slice, PB on the other.
Mrs. Fordt DEMANDS they be pre-mixed in a bowl into a pink or purple paste (either strawberry or grape) before spreading on the bread. Wich kind of grosses me out. Looks like toothpaste.
Which of us is correct? I usually win because I'm bigger than her, but I am sympathetic to the little guy, or gal, in this case.

It feels very "cocktailly" to me. Like the bread needs to have the edges cut off and be sliced into triangles and put on a doily. I just want a GD PB&J, not hor d'oeuvres.

I’m with Mrs. Fordt on this one. Used to make those at Schiletter Dining Hall with the PB & jelly mixed together. Called them gray matter sandwiches. Mmmmmm!

The grape is kind of ok cause it looks like purple paste. But the strawberry looks like liquid processed meat, only not as grainy. Very disturbing.

Duke's mayo on both pieces of bread . . . . helps the butter substitute made from peanuts spread better and it gives the banana pieces a nice, cushy pillow to lay in.

I'd sprinkle a little wheat germ on there and maybe coat the bananas in some yogurt to keep them form sliding out but I would definitely eat it as is.
