this is a ridiculous argument by fisher and it isn't even close...wake forest is simply not a good football team
however the fact that winston didn't play vs. us will always be thrown in our face so theres no point to argue this (despite the fact that our defensive front dominated their o-line for most of the game)
and it doesn't help that we lost to them when their backup qb was playing.. that guy was not good
fsu struggled vs wake forest for a half so this is basically coach speak so his team doesn't look bad to voters

Who's fault is it that Jameis rapes pass out girls, steals from grocery stores, shoots out windows with pellet guns, and gets on mega phones at practice yelling out vulgar crap about women. That's nobodies fault Jim Bo Fishers. He has nobody to blame for James's behavior but himself for ever letting it continue, and there will be more....

absolutely nothing to help them out and they also faced Winston. I'm not convinced Winston has been that good this year though. Without the colossal errors i think we could've given FSU a game even if they had Winston. We totally pissed about 17 pts down there.

Okay. I will only give him the benefit of the doubt here. If you are considering one half of football, that I will go with an okay. They did hold them to 10 points. Of course, to be the best defense you have seen this year, they would have had to beat you statistically in every category except for points. I believe Jimbo may be giving us a retraction statement.

FSU against Clemson
317 total yards of offense (304 passing and just 13 rushing). 4 of 15 on third down conversions, two intecrceptions, three sacks.
FSU against wake Forest
475 total yards of offense (304 passong and 171 rushing). 10 of 18 on third down
Spin it any way you like Dumbo, but the Clemson defense dominated FSU. The FSU running game went nowhere and aside fro mone big pass play in the 4th quarter when the Clemso ndefender slipped and fell down, the Clemson defense also largely contained the FSU receivers.
It's statements like this that Jimbo sound more ignorant than ususal.

Oh i see what he means, Wake Forest allowed over a hundred and fifty yards more on the ground than Clemson, the same passing yards. FSU turned it over the same and Clemson only had 5 sacks. Oh and Clemson allowed half as many points. and it was a home game. Jimbo might be the worst coach in America. Not from a recruiting, X's and O's or even how he runs thing administratively. However, his lack of any moral character and his inability to see anything besides his own big head in the mirror makes him the worst. Literally would rather listen to 500 Spurrier comments and see him smirk than to even hear a whisper of Jimbo's name. He is a disgrace to college football.

admittedly made a fairly ridiculous statement after last year's game claiming we could have beat them 5 out of 10 times when they came to Death Valley and stomped a mudhole. I don't agree with Jimbo's statement from this year, but he certainly could have responded differently last year and would probably not have been questioned about it.

them gives ZERO "benefit of the doubt" to Dumbo Fisher's joke of a comment.
Dabo's comment (5 our of 10) was made in lieu of knowing we were far batter than that game showed, and he was working to keep his player's confidence up. Neither of those things would apply to Dumbo's comments. That clown would be nothing without having talent within the top 5 best in the United States.
