He will address the problems and do what is necessary to make the Tigers a respectable team again. As we all do, he has made some mistakes unintentionally and will learn from them and get us back on track. His philosophy has won us more games against elite programs than any other coach in Clemson history with multiple conference titles and 2 National Championships. He is a winner and will not accept mediocrity. I for one will show him encouragement and hope y’all will also. Go Tigers.

That is an excellent observation. Unfortunately message board, especially this one, has thousands of coaches much more knowledgeable about football than Dabo ever dreamed of having. A large percentage of them attained this vast knowledge by watching the games on tv and listening to the other experts who know even less than they do. Go Tigers

I’ve repeatedly shown you guys how Brad overachieves relative to how much Clemson spends on basketball, how our fans support basketball, and our school’s basketball history.
You just don’t want to hear it.
Maybe one day, some of you will be able to be objective about Clemson football without trying to attack Clemson basketball.

We have not in at least the last 3 cycles recruited what we were recruiting and yes some of it is contributed to coaches TO and some to NIL money.
The way Dabo operates we may never see a top 5 class. Dabo just does not agree with what is going on right now and I truly believes cares about the player.

When you have commentators calling out Streeter for abandoning the run game, and guys like Trent Dilfer calling out Streeter for not developing QB talent, that issue has to be fixed. Dabo is loyal to a fault at times, doesn’t make him less intellectual, it’s just an uncommon character trait for someone in a leadership position. Still love the guy, and he’s the best thing to happen to this program.

Respectable in who's eyes? the media? pfft... the "media" is full of crap. (on many subjects, but that's another topic)
Respectable in the fan's eyes? That is the greater issue to me. 11-3 doesn't suck. Although the offense is painful to watch sometimes, 11-3 is a pretty dang good season. Our neighbors down I26 would love that have an 11-3 season. So count our blessings. The team did very well academically. CDS has brought us unparalleled success on and off the field. And trying to developing men of character. These guys work hard every day. We all wish we had that discipline.
Can we do better on the field? You betcha. Was I going nuts this year that we weren't playing Cade? you betcha! But I like to stand back at this time of year and reflect on the positives.
The staff and players have my respect.
