Lawrence and is a better thrower and better athlete. Says Trevor does not have a big big arm. He is not a big time velocity thrower. He does not have a bad arm but he does not have a gun. His accuracy and ball placement can be a problem when he rushes himself. He did say TL throws the ball well on the move.
Normally agree with Greg, but this season will prove him wrong.

Well, TL got plenty of practice last year throwing while "moving". If Jax can't protect him better this year, which is probably a significant reason behind him rushing himself, he could still struggle.

running back to go with an upgraded defense. Travis is a difference maker and his presence will make the Oline's job easier.
I think the Jags surprise on the upside this year.

They signed a couple of the top free agent O linemen this off-season, I think it will be much improved this year.

Just my opinion, of course, but "talent" is only one part of what makes an athlete successful. I wonder who spends the most time throwing, studying tape, getting advice from other successful NFL QBs, etc., etc.? I could be wrong, but I suspect TL might have an edge.

Absolutely.
I mean, FWIW it's not like JF lit it up last year as the Bears QB.
The games I got to watch of TL I saw some good and bad like all rookies. Considering the stuff TL had to deal with last year it's probably a credit to his maturity for not letting it beat him down. Let's not forget the last game against Indy that Indy just needed to win to secure a playoff spot...and TL played probably one of his best games all year to go out.
I'm buying that with a better HC that the Jags definitely make some strides this year and we see TL start to bloom along with Etienne making his way back into the squad too.
I wouldn't say playoffs right now but I think they definitely level up this year.

Trevor can make all the throws and will prove all those doubters wrong this year. The team is vastly improved but sit in a tough division. I think they will win 7 to 8 games this year. This from an Eagles fan!

Apparently he didn’t watch the Bears game Sunday. Catfish face wasn’t impressive at all and the backup qb could very well be the starting qb. I haven’t been impressed with him overall. He is a decent qb but needs work.

Why do people waste time listening to comments made by these professional jock sniffers (Stephen A. Smith, Colin Cowherd, Paul Finebaum, Skip Bayless) who have never played a second of professional sports. Both TL16 and Fields are only in the 2nd year of playing for terrible teams. Give them a few more years before making any type of assessment of the pro careers.
