The video below (taken by the rioters themselves) shows at 1:36 that the Q Shaman was one of the first to enter the Capital after windows and doors were breached. It shows no CP escorting him/them in. He broke the law, PERIOD (which is likely why he plead guilty)and he deserves every bit of the time he was sentenced to IMO. It does not matter what happened after that point and I fully understand the few CP members not trying to agitate the crowd as they were outnumbered 58:1.
