Mmmmkay, so all of the shirts and britches and hats I have from these guys is top notch. A little bit pricey for what it is but the styling of things and little details is pretty neat. I've been gifted a few things and bought a few thigns.
Question - is there a way to wear ANYTHING this brand makes as a South Carolinian and not look like a total poser? I don't know if it's possible to wear any of this without looking like I'm trying to join up with Turnpike Troubadours or Cross Canadian Ragweed.

Not the clothes.
I like their hats. That said, I don't have an 8" beard or any tattoos, nor do I hang out at breweries, or listen to Mumford and sons.

I affirm that ideal, but wonder if we actually live up to it. A friend had a grandchild whose parents were worried because his thumb sucking was extending into 1st grade. He told the parents, "Don't worry about it. He'll do it until a girl in there makes fun of him, and that will be the end of that." We all keep a touch of that, I think.
In any event, I'm going to look up this Howler stuff, of which I know not.
PS: Okay, I looked. What would you say, sort of a cowboy Patagonia? I think you're right about Costco.

if I'M wearing it, then I'm happy with the way it looks, fits, and wears, and I could give zero fecal movements what anybody thinks I look like. I like Howler Brothers stuff a LOT.
Also, a fun fact: Chase Heard and Andy Stepanian grew up together, went to UVA together, formed the band Wrinkle Neck Mules, then moved to Austin and started Howler Brothers. I like Wrinkle Neck Mules A LOT. I dislike UVA A LOT, but not enough to not wear Howler Brothers stuff.

Post some pics of your husband wearing his Pierre Von Poupon golf leisure suit so we can see where we went wrong.

Which is also an interesting experience (especially in Daytona) in which to see the native habitat of Flar-duh man and his soul mate, Flar-duh woman.
