Ahhhh remember back not to long ago when we had the small cadre of folks claiming that tampering wasn’t a thing?

Well here here we have a big 10 school taking an Acc team to court over tampering. Can’t say I’m surprised or do I think this is the last we see of these

Yes. They filed their lawsuit with the civil court in Stuttgart.

My point was that I don't care if "tampering" becomes an accepted practice. It's all about money. "Tampering" is simply a matter of timing.

We have one of the best retention NIL programs in the country. Lost very few guys over the years and maybe only 1 maybe 2 starters.

I’m sure Woods and Parker had some $$ amounts put in their ear. It’s cool how guys usually love Clemson and want to stay. There’s something in these hills.

Disclaimer: I hate what college football is becoming and has become in terms of NIL, unrestricted free agency, etc.

But, I've heard a couple of lawyers talking about the legal problems with the House settlement. Here is why I THINK Wisconsin will lose. (I won't venture into the NIL argument. I have no idea what the contract said.

Lawyer for Lucas will say:
1. My client was not an employee of Wisconsin.
2. My client was not paid by Wisconsin.
3. My client was a student at Wisconsin. He did nothing different from what thousands of students do ever semester. He decided not to continue to enroll at Wisconsin. Wisconsin has no legal right to force any student to enroll at the university.
4. Therefore, the University of Wisconsin has no standing in this case.
